Closure: grooved ring wax sealer mouth finish
Appearance: shiny glass
Condition: Has a barely-visible 1" horizontal manufacturer's cooling fissure in the bottom of the outer wax seal channel. Can only be found by holding the jar at the perfect angle of view. Otherwise the jar is in excellent shape.
Embossing: strong
Base: pontil scar
Age: c1860
