Age:  1850's

Availability: Scarce and a beautiful example of this primitive early jar. This jar has been in the collection of the consignor since she purchased a pair of them at an Ohio auction in 1974. We auctioned the other one last fall. See photo for old newspaper article mentioning the jars at auction.
