Description
A deep amber shoulder seal quart embossed: "MASONS PATENT NOV 30TH 1858". Notice that the embossed lettering is extremely heavily raised. The glass displays a nice whittled effect all over, and is in bright clean condition with no damage or stains. Nice ground rim with very little flaking. Base: unmarked. A great looking amber 1858 jar.
