Description
A honey amber Mason half gallon in an unusual form with an improved-style closure. Shiny glass throughout with no damage or stains. The ground rim is perfect. Comes with an unmarked amber glass insert and zinc band closure. This scarce 1858 jar has been attributed to the Ball Bros of Buffalo, NY. Unmarked base.
