A superb example with good strong embossing and sparkling glass displaying no damage or stains. There are no open bubbles. Even the ground rim is near perfect with very little nicking. On the base is an embossed "26". A great looking original amber Mason jar.

This aqua midget pint "FRANKLIN FRUIT JAR" is the top-sealing variety, with a glass insert and zinc band closure. Good overall condition with some small chips on the ground mouth as shown. There is a small elongated pot stone from the manufacturing, located in the front, but has no radiations or cracks. The rare correct small mouth glass insert has a small chip on the raised ring. The band has tape on the inside to permit a tight fit onto the jar. Unmarked base. A scarce early midget and a good looking example.

A stunning whittled example in the scarce half gallon size. Good strong embossing and displays a gorgeous overall whittled effect. Comes with the original cast iron ring in good shape with a lot of the lettering still visible. The gutta percha insert looks old and darkened, and is a bit shriveled up, but could be a replacement. The jar is in fine shape with no damage or stains. The ground lip cuts through a bubble, but it is not burst or broken in any way, just has a very slight amount of residue captured in it. Excellent ground rim with very little flaking. A superb example and seldom seen in this size.
